HOW TO USE
Unboxing
In the box: GENIQO Pen, USB-C cable, case, screen protector, user guide.
Charging
Charge fully (about 2–3 hours) via USB-C before first use. The LED turns solid when full.
Power on
Hold the power button until the welcome screen appears.
Smart AI app
Open the Smart AI app on the device and choose a mode. Use the bottom bar to switch between Scan, Voice, Photo and Keyboard.
WiFi
Settings → WiFi · Connect to your network to get online answers. Scanning and offline translation (60+ languages) also work without internet.
AI modes
- Scan: tap Scan; hold the pen at ~80–85°; move evenly across text; check the preview → Send.
- Voice: tap the mic, speak clearly → Send.
- Photo: wait until text is sharp on screen; press the shutter → Send.
Voice notes
Tap Record to start/stop; play back on the device.

- AI answers with ChatGPT — Scan or speak a question and get smart, direct answers.
- Photo Q&A — Snap a photo of a question and get instant explanations.

Power off & store
Hold the power button to turn off. Store the pen in the case to protect it from scratches and light bumps.
Top up (buy more Q&A)
- Connect to WiFi and open Smart AI. Ensure connection indicator is green.
- Tap the top-right icon (balance/QR) to view Remaining usage and the QR code.
- Choose a package (e.g., 300 / 1200 / 3000 Q&A sessions).
- Scan the QR code and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, WeChat Pay or Alipay.
- Return to the device; your new sessions will be available shortly.
Payment methods for top-ups
Apple Pay and Google Pay require the Yi Translate app. You can also pay by credit card via PayPal (no PayPal account required). Availability may vary by region.
