Does GENIQO require an internet connection?
Not always.
You can scan text and use offline translation for selected languages without an internet connection.
For ChatGPT answers, online translation in all available languages and other AI features, a Wi-Fi connection is required.
How do I set up my GENIQO pen?
Press and hold the power button until the screen turns on, then follow the on-screen steps to choose your language and, if you want, connect to Wi-Fi.
You can scan the QR code on the packaging to open the digital manual with a simple step-by-step guide.
Which languages does GENIQO support?
GENIQO supports many different languages for text scanning, photo translation, voice translation and AI answers.
How does the built-in ChatGPT feature work?
When GENIQO is connected to Wi-Fi, you can:
* scan text and ask the AI for an explanation, summary or translation
* speak your question instead of typing or scanning
* take a photo of a question and get an AI answer to it

We currently ship to Europe and the United States, with free shipping on all orders.
