How do I set up my GENIQO pen?

Simply power it on and follow the on-screen guide.

You can scan the QR code on the packaging to access the official User Manual online.

No app downloads or complicated pairing — setup takes less than two minutes.

Which languages does GENIQO support?

GENIQO currently supports multiple languages for both translation and on-screen interface.

You can choose your preferred language directly from the settings menu.

More languages will be added through future updates.

How does the built-in ChatGPT feature work?

When connected to Wi-Fi, GENIQO allows you to ask questions, summarize text, or translate content instantly through ChatGPT integration.

What’s your return policy?

You can return unused products within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Every GENIQO device comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
