Refund & Warranty Policy – GENIQO


At GENIQO, we want you to feel confident when you purchase from us.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right in a fair and transparent way.


🔁 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, as long as:
• The product is unused and in the same condition as received
• All original packaging, labels and accessories are included
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


🚫 When return shipping is paid by the customer

If you return a product for any reason other than a defect (for example, changing your mind),
the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, GENIQO will:

✔ Cover the return shipping cost
✔ Repair or replace the product, or provide a refund

This helps us verify the problem and assist you as quickly as possible.


🔁 Exchanges

If you would like a replacement product, the fastest method is:
1. Request a return and send back the product (after approval)
2. Place a new order for the replacement item


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:
• The approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
💳 Refunds typically appear within 10 business days after approval.

🪙 12-Month Warranty

Every GENIQO electronic device includes a 12-month limited warranty covering:

✔ What is covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

❌ Not covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or liquid exposure
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic imperfections

📨 To file a warranty request, contact support@geniqo.com with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo or short video proof

If repair isn’t possible, GENIQO will offer a replacement or refund.
